  1. I am answering all of these questions based on my best knowledge. I did petition for my parents and it got approved in 4 months.

    1) you recently started working but they are not asking affidavit of support from you only. You and your husband can do joint affidavit of support but it will take couple of months to get approve I130 petition.

    2) Both beneficiary’s will be separated in the whole process. IN’SHA’ALLAH When USCIS approve your parents petition, than for NVC you will pay one payment for both beneficiary’s That’s called AOS affidavit of support fees. This will be discussed later but for USCIS separate petitions required.

    3) In Pakistan immigration visa only be issued by US Islambad embassy so you can write “ISLAMBAD”.

    4) for address write a starting living date and on to section put a current date. If you are submitting petition today’s then put write today’s date.

    5) I130 petition doesn’t require any pictures.

Message me once you get approval and I will walk you through NVC process. Some important documents.

1)Petitioner Birth certificate showing parents name.

    2) petitioners Marriage certificate Urdu and English translation and also computerized marriage certificate.

    3)  proof of US citizenship

    4) Beneficiary's Marriage Urdu and English nikkah nama.

  2. Hi All,

My parents case in NVC and I need to submit AOS. I almost finished up but just confused in house hold size. Since parents petition goes separately and also needs a separate AOS right ?
when I count my household size including myself, wife and 1 child so our household size is 3 so when I do AOS for my father the house hold size will be 4. Now since mother AOS is separate and my household size stays 4 counting  her for her AOS or does it goes to 5? Please advised.

  3. I was looking on USCIS page where they discuss “While My Case is Pending”

Notify USCIS if you are concerned you haven't received something important from us, such as:

You filed several related cases together and are concerned because you received a decision about some of the cases but not the others.

So I filed a petition I-130 form for my parents simultaneously online and they did get a same priority date 11/25/2019 and last Friday I received a I-130 approval notice for my mother and I checked my father status and still said case was received and receipt was emailed. I need your opinion from those who went through this situation, do you think should I reach out USCIS and ask them about “why my father didn’t get any update on his case” or should I just wait little bit before make a call to them?
Petition date for both :   11/25/2019
Priority date for both :    11/25/2019
    Mother approval Notice:04/23/2020

One more thing if I receive father approval later with different date and start proceeding my mother case to NVC and then is there’s a chance they won’t get a same time interview or would NVC/Embassy proceed together this case before issue a visa ?
