My fiancée is not currently in Singapore (she is visiting me). Our case recently arrived at the embassy. However, since she is not currently in Singapore, we emailed the embassy and asked whether they would forward the Packet 3 through email. However, they reply that they are not.
Does anyone know that the US Embassy in Singapore would mail packet 3 outside of Singapore ? Should we ask them to mail the packet to my address?
