Effective May 4, the entry into the United States of certain nonimmigrant travelers who have been physically present in India is suspended. U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (LPR), and immigrants are not subject to the proclamation. The suspension of entry also does not apply to non-U.S. citizen spouses or unmarried children under the age of 21 of U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents. More information is available at travel.state.gov.
Any spouse who has CR1 and IR1 visas already processed and waiting for travel still can travel right??
As per White House web page:
(a) Section 1 of this proclamation shall not apply to:
(i) any lawful permanent resident of the United States;
(ii) any noncitizen national of the United States;
(iii) any noncitizen who is the spouse of a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident;
Thanks.

K-1s were recently added to the national interest exemption category meaning they don’t have to quarantine in a third country for 2 weeks. Also according to the attorney in the Milligan lawsuits, K-1s are exempt from the travel ban:

Hello guys,
My wife had interview on March 1st. She also put onto 221g, refused the visa to provide more evidence of our relationship. Lady asked for last 3 months of whatsapp chat. Wedding invitations and contact numbers. I went to India in December 2019 to Jan 12th, will provide ticket and passport stamps.
It was already a painful experience and now they added more onto it. I made another appointment for March 16th to drop off all the required paperwork to move the case forward.
Advice; take all the paperwork you have receipts of rings, clothes, vendors for wedding and have them translated to show as proof because they can ask anything. Also be prepared to print 300 400 pages of your chat history.
It's just not fair game at all.
Omg. Unbelievable. Hopefully everything will be alright soon.

What do you mean ? It’s is privet.. me and my fiancé chat is privet, that’s what they want to see , how you guys committed deeply.
and don’t worry pics are not part of transcript. It’s only show you sent some images at certain time,
they didn’t even look the pages I took, but prior one interview they gave 221g because she didn’t have last 3 months chats( she had 2.5 year chat with her still ) so
I would suggest don’t take any chances amd take all chat transcripts.
All questions are welcome
During interview? Any missing documents or issues with documents are usually asked to correct at USCIS and NVC right? And after that USCIS/NVC approves it.

My wife went to a local photo shop got printed actual photos. I guess they have apps that can print out photos taken on phones etc not sure how they do that.. but I know she got that done. So go to a local photo place and ask for actual photos to be put into a small album. Good luck.
Thank you very much.

In our case the interviewer didn't even ask for any pics. Just come in with everything and be well prepared; you never know what they might ask. Anyways good luck. I am so happy my wife passport was delivered after few days after the interview and she is now with me in the US. It was a long journey but finally its over. I pray for everyone in this VJ community for their success in their interviews and hope you all to be reunited with your loved ones. God bless you all!!!!!

I already answered this from prior post. here is what I wrote:
They asked my wife who is petitioner? My job? and how we met... thats all and said congrats you are approved. My wife was surprised the consular didn't ask for pictures or anything else. My wife spoke to few others at the interview they said they were being drilled for 30 minutes. I am so happy it was really Gods grace. Anyways good luck on your interview.
Hi, can we carry wedding album as proof of relationship? Or do you know if its ok to print some pictures on paper?

Hi my wife had all documents and copies of everything she even had photo album our lawyer prepared all documents that was needed. It’s up to the counselor what they want to see hopefully you get a nice person that interviews you. Luckily and surprisingly they didn’t ask to see anything only asked few questions and was approved..but each case can be different so just be prepared have all documents and copies .. practice questions what they can ask..etc most importantly stay confident. Anyways good luck
Thanks. Could you please say what questions were asked?

Yes. I just saw some articles and news about that. Can someone help with this information?
Maharashtra requires negative RT-PCR test results and they will seal on the left hand for quarantine as per the website.

Hello,
DS260 Application for my spouse. My spouse is a medical professional in India and have not yet passed USMLE exams.
There is a YES/NO question in the IV application:
“Are you a foreign medical graduate and seeking for medical professional work in US and have not yet passed the required exams as per US law?“
Are they asking if the primary purpose of this visa is seeking a medical job? Or is this a general question? Spouse visa is based on US citizen applying for spouse.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
