I Love all of you and wish deeply that everyone move forward in life today or tomorow ,i have befor two hair dresser salon good living condition until i find my self on this movie that i never think about it ,i was just a victim of all this horrible events .day after day i stay without food without place to stay ,without documents to work ,without medical to recover from my closed head injuries .afraid everymoment from the street ,everyone i live with or work with take advantage of me being undocumented scared me took my mails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ,put me under power like my spouse .thank god im stil in life healty ,the only things i lost is 7 years in my life and my teeth that will cost me too much $ to fix ,but teeth will be back and 7 years is ok i see enaugh on life,i learn the law and style of life . i will start new life .into a new life far from the abuse .im still young and there is always an aportunity in our life i never give up and will never give up even lions eat my body .all of you who has same situation like mine i wish you deeply peace of mind and safety while pending .i always say this years ago since the forum start to reafirm that i say this befor this moment for a while .wish everyone blessed .im happy to bring all my familly together over the world on fasbook to make me feel that im not alone .

I thought you have already had ur green card along time ago,what happened in the interview room?did they tell u to submit a new medical forms?.cos i remember my lawyer sent those to them.and what letter of employment?do they want to know if u are working or not? and i dont know why they rejected ur ead.maybe u need to send it to vermont,or make an inforpass to know what is going on with ur case.am sooo sorry about this.

why interview at 7 am and after interview no things .i send the medical exams with my application to vsc but they lost it or lost on somewhere god knows no one responsible . but at the day of interview i give her copy she refuse to see the copy she just ask me for other documents copy ,she hit the table screaming on me ,scared me ,look at me like an anwanted person on this earth ,discrimanation against me as a man she was disrespectful she is violate the job policy and responsability with her limited power . i dont know how they live or feel with there familly ,friends .kids and this community .even im just sitting to present any document she needs she hit the table on the office like my abusif wife that is an act of power and control abuse if someone hit table or wall .my 300 documents i-360 case was closed with peace of plastic i think she is not allowed to open it . after interview i went to doctor and paid for brand new medical exams and took it to local office ,that what is mean they have it already .just a reason to hold the case for 9 months more because the case looks good but hold green card for 9 more months if i did something how come the interview should be after background check has been done ,i didnt do anything for 7 years for my life how come i will do something in 9 months ,the fbi send my background check same day no record i cal there office and they told me ,they run other background check on almost 26 interagency to look if i have kids around the world or travel .i still dont have one kid and evrything good .doctor write determination has been meet that mean no things wrong about medical just my hair was black and now become white as a result of torture waiting .no thing wrong with my health after 7 years .you have to show that you make more than poverty line to suport your self ,they will not give you any benifits to ask for walfare or assistance .

i just want say go by ur self to interview .uscis is aware of this events many people ask them for forgivness and true they forgive they can approve you

i apply for work permit on xx xx ,2011 and was received by xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx on xx xx .2011 .receipt number xx xx xxxx .after reject i send my application with fee of 380 $ .and now i truly need EAD until a decision is made on my adjust status .please see documents attached and will send original receipt as soon as i come back from work because i dont have printer so i am sinding just copie i will start at 7 pm until 7 am morning .thank you very sincerely

if you have interview of adjust status ,is better to go by your self .because if you take someone with you will turn the interviewer think u have a probleme ,because always when we hear lawyer is mean probleme .if the officer see you alone will judge thet application on spot that u are confidence eligible .that why u come alone ,the officer not allowed to ask you about vawa or what hapened ,the question will be just the no question on form .and your name .;etter of employment .and medical exams .that all if you have any charge prepare your self to hand out the court disposition so dont think about vawa its already approved and its hard to convaince vsc to change decision. so only if the officer find out your previous form i-485 not have same information on the new form of i-485 both should match .im always give what i learn 7 years ago .u better go by ur self the officer will be more confortable to see you without attorney .just think .if attorney with you that mean u have probleme with ur case .if u go by ur self that mean a lots to the interviewr that your elligible that why you dont need attorney .

This is the new case where they were interviewed in XXX and needed to submit the medical. I checked the file. The officer gave them until XX XX , 2011, to submit their response to the request for evidence. Their response is in the file. that where most cases got delayed .i think the declaration have descrapancy ,you can fix it well if you explain the truth for what they may think you say two difrent things .they may be find discrpancy on your 1 story and 2 story if you send two declaration or just one .discrpancy always on every declaration even events dates .

Mhhhh . its not true .all those who get approved lately is over the nightmare speedy way .just Me still waiting but the local uscis office proces august 2010 now .my case receipt is september 2010 .but after expedit request trough uscis customer service they told me to wait for 5 days to hear something .i expedit the request as a result of financial loss and medical Issues .

She ask me for medical exams i said i send it to vermont service center .but how can someone stay healthy 7 years of drama .

she said i will look for that medical exams and that all for today .she took i-94 from my passport and my previous EAD cards .and make some copie of employment letter and court documents previously sent with my i-360 .

i just now call uscis customer service ,a nice officer told me the information pop up for your status i-485 is at local office there is no RFE ,and just 1 additional month left for decision just 1 month because uscis local office here where i live process now cases befor mine now 17 august 2010 i file i-485 on september 2010 that what i know i have to wait 30 days ,next month september 2010 cases .they will pick up my case .no one can review my case again in 30 days Only A Rebot because my case took 6 years to final decision of i-360 and many officers involve on the case .

the only thing they are serious about at the interview of AOS is if you maried again while your i-360 pending or broke the law after i-360 approval .

evrything else is waived .

i file adjust of status since setember 2010 ,the interview was on mars 2011 .until today i dont get any response or decision .the officer at the interview told me i will hear decision in 30 days now it has been 60 days .and after info pass they told me to wait 108 days .

the uscis local office in there website process adjust status for 18august 2011 .my case still at the local office pending but next months they will start process of september 2010 .do we have to wait 4 months for adjust status process and also wait for processing time at the local office after the interview .

please anyone out there got any adea tel me what i have to do .am going trough two accidents treatments and cant wait more than 7 years of process .i give up sure enaugh

hi natashka ,just pass interview but officer needs medical exams on envolope and court document and employment letter .all original i just have copies and she cal me next day to request them again i do infopass on 14 march but i will go to uscis local office monday 7 and ask them to let me in to give the original documents cant wait till 14 .i will do the best i can nicely this comming monday to convaince security check to let me go to officer office give her those requested documents .i want finish this nightmare i want move on my life i want become green like the grass on this Autumn im just a victim of all this 7 years story .

hi everyone .yesterday i have AOS interview morning bird at 7 am so.the officer lady come out with bunch of documents handl them by two hands and put them in table to cal my name so i want ask her if i can help but i btter close my mouth. the nice lady about 59 years very professional and read documents and things without look at them . she was serious and truly mean business .lots of questions Not about the abuse or i-360 case but there is no window open .so i file i-360 since march 2006 ,5 years now ,offcer ask me for medical exams on the envolope i did send it .ask me for original court document i did send it original i only have copie she needs the original .ask me for employement letter i hand out the letter and told me AAhhhh i dont have time to call your boss why the letter not include how much you make as a salary ? i was quit and not talk much at the interview ! they appreciate that .so i just listen and respond .but i dont even ask if i could bring to her office those documents in two hours .it was ok and i know there is no window after 5 years .today i got a cal from her but i was in Tag office and i missed her call .maybe she want ask me to bring new medical exams because she is not want use RFE for medical exams and delay me 7 or 8 more months .i dont see my mom 7 years now .without documents to work and survive while the case pending its truly horrible for me everyday i wish my heart stop working

8 month and 2 weeks after my interview my journey is finally over. Today I received an email update that my card production has been ordered.

I got the denial letter. Its says I didn't have enough evidence to prove me and my husband lived together. My lawyer thinks I should refile the case with letters from witnesses who knew we lived together. Thank you Kwala and MulanJohns and all the others who gave me opinions on what to do. Now its hard to reaply new one again or file an appeal to AAO administrative of appeal .Currently You Dont Need Any Attorneys or Layers .Its done lawyers and attorneys try when the case stil brand new .if you folow the motion to reopen by your self trust me vsc will approve you because many members been in the same situation ask pascal and i start with two attorneys then finish by my self ..by your self now the attorney will folow the same things and will not be able to convaince the office because the offficer want hear from you ,you are the victim .

Listen Keep Folow the Same case like i do .because your first case is good u just need to satisfy the officer with more evidences for Residence with your spouse .

Folow The denial of your case .File Motion to reopen i-290 b with the same office deny your case .the denial notice is not final ,the officer stil needs more evidences .go head and file motion to reopen with VSC . and send statments from anyone you know landlord ,the person who rent for you and your spouse ,the neibers any one i mean anyone .even anyone ,i mean u been here and you met people .I file an appeal with 37 new evidences and finaly after 51 months Got Cal at 7 am .folow the motion to reopen and if it is denied you can apply new i-360 or file an appeal to AAO i-290 B

Motion to reopen needs .

1-i-290 b form with fee Waiver ,

2-New letter Dated and Notarezed of more than 8 pages just keep talking about ur residence since you move with ur spouse .

3-letters from friends who knows you live with your spouse and they see both of you going and out of the house or appartement .Minimum 8 .do the best ask everyone who knows you .

4-additional new evidences ,anything .relax home and think what you touch by ur hands or do since the first smile with your spouse .update your memory you gona find if you said no i will not beleive you .

if you send those things you gona be approved .even you send 1,2,3 or Even Just Send the motion to reopen form and A letter tel them that you are eligible by law .Try Motion to reopen because the officer will review all the case Again and approve it if he is not approved it He Should get recommendation from the director Then the director will make decision after review it again and enter a new Favorable decision on his OWn its the appeals Law trust me .My Hair become White on the appeal Process ,because most offices they dont want review anycase .Good Luck . wish u still have time .officers work on appeals they are Great people they look at the things carefuly they do understand the law more .they do look at every word on the case if you are eligible they will approve you right away .they folow the law right way .i said appeals officers

99 % of appeal cases denied .on 2009 ,the website of administratice show 400 cases of I-360 appeal ,Just 3 was approved .i read one by one .

but its not final now front of you the best advise that no one will tell you ,i take decision not to write but i have to tel you now my heart still bleeding .

first thing you do you should not go for appeal i advise you deeply .you can appeal if you argue that the officer not folow the strategie of process and not give give you apportunity of INTEND TO DENY befor deny the case and the AAO Will forward the case again to the director to use the intend to deny but even they send you intend to deny just waste of time can take to 4 or 3 years trust me no chance for approval .the appeal take 3 years more .but you should not go for appeal to AAO .now you have Two ways .the first one go for Motion to reopen with VSC .or File new petition i-360 must be good documented with no errors .

about good faith mariage now most case at AAO denied the Appeal after 3 years .remember the appeal is hard .because the officer folow the process of your case and most time the AAO agree with the service .only if there is errors by law you should argue ,the argument should be egainst the oficer deny your case .but the arguments should be respectful like you gona apply for job .they can deny the case just for wrong word or any mean .like i said 400 case just 3 cases approved .for sure i am not waste my time and yours we are victims of all this events and we should give advise and not more pain .god willing you gona resolve this issue .

you can find everything jointly with ur spouse online print the documents .also try to remember if you go with your spouse to library or store receipt or dentist .or restaurant receipts or car indurance jointly cal the insurance they will find out and send you copie .cal the dentist they will give you record .even u dont have anything now .i thik you have but you dont check good and remember what you hve .

you can go to the online comunication with your spouse befor and after mariage .to find out your chat .

the letters or receipt of i485 and i-130 or withdrow letter that was filed by your spouse on your behalf and his affidavit of support is Strong Evidence .Good luck . you need new and lots eveidence if you appeal AAO laways need to see more evidence not 1 or 2 . they folow the law and there is Great People working honest if you are eligible they will approve you .they are great people like i said .

So Sorry Cant Explain But i-485 approve i-360 if you file it .i-485 puch the process of i-360 .i-485 give light to i-360 .i-485 is Other Evidence inside your i-360 ,i-485 give weight to your case ,i-485 is necessary for the claim on i-360 also give you right to request EAD and to travel anytime .i-485 please file it as soon as possible .look at first post how frustrated for lostin and victoriasmine and many members but they file i-485 1 year later and there i-360 got approved in 1 or two months they will not tell you .i wish i can explain to you .i wish i could explain!!!!!!! the officer process your i-360 if he see that you have i-485 on the systeme pending he will approve your i-360 .if you have them both with him that mean a Lots .

if you maried someone you should stay with him rest of life .all Men Same( part good and part bad ) you dont have to get maried for work permit . just print two form i-485 and G324 a .,i-765 and two picture and copies of your passport .that all if they need medical exams they will ask you at the interview .send them by fedex to vermont with fees waiver .if you have medical bills or anyproblems write letter for hardship and ask them that you want work to support your self .then they will approve the EAD .if you send i-765 only .you will not get anything just denial notice .do not talk with ur attorney about this .your attorney just for i-360 your attorney want give you hard time .but you can file them by your self .then you will renew your DL .

your case still pending that is a good signe .mosthly pending security clearance including to see if you remary again while your case pending .if your spouse get maried again that is his life and has right to do so to have familly and kids to live with .that why he get divorce to find someone else to be with because you are not home anymore .he cannot maried while he is still married with you .

Congratulation . the approval notice will have approval date 14 october for sure ,12 RFE Recieved .13 reviewed and the supervisor involve on the decision .14 approved 15 case closed the notice and update will be on your hand less than two weeks ,the acceptance is for the evidences submited staisfy the requirements because your case was held at the officer disk and review the RFE submited the same day recieved . if its not approval this message will be my last one on visajourney .i am positive 100 % .the same things 19 , 20, 21 . 22 .tomorow will be No toush .until the day they sent the notice .could be tomorow or in two weeks .this is how most members get approval .

Now I Know For Sure .DIPLICATE Approval Notice .Because they approve your case after you send your RFE . they approve the case but they dont update online status .Now they reasure the approval notice mailed of the decision .the decision made but its not denial at all and not intend to deny at all .100% its approval Congrat .

the request for evidences you send on september not satisfy the requirements requested by the officer and send you diplicate notice the same as the RFE notice to tell you instruction you should folow everything on that notice .the Officer now will talk to you straight and will tell you .
