Hello, we received our noa1 for I-485 and i noticed that the name was spelled wrong and also the birthdate was wrong. How can i get this fixed?

My fiance quit his job several days before coming to the usa. With the way his company pays he is to receive his final paycheck later this month. He also is going to receive money that his company took out montly from his paycheck throughout the years sometime this month. I just wanna make sure its ok as i understand they are not allowed to work after arriving in the US and i dont want anything to jeopardize our aos.

Under Parent 1's information question 30 (Country of Birth) should I put Puerto Rico (where my mom was born) or USA seeing as it is a territory of the United States? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
