Once u send back the rfe u will get approval for sure they send the same rfe to me 20 months after filed i360 an I got approved 30 /60 days after. just waiting an my i485 interview which I file November 4 2019 an an still waiting
Ok most of time they going to send u a list of different things for u to prove the marriage is in good faith, they ask for car insurance, water bill, rental agreement, etc etc just send them something to prove that the marriage is in good faith,
yes but i wasnt on ask for good faith of marriage, I was asked good faith of marriage ,proof of battery and proof of residence......most documents asked i dont have
yes U going to need to prove the battery of abuse etc if u can’t prove them all u will be denied. Because u got to that he/she is treating u bad, I got summit all abuse shared residence, letters from friends an family proving that we were married I really wish u the best
