Good question, we have both, and instruction say to provide all you diplomas, but I guess we will do only Masters as a highest degree, just to save money. Reasonable?

I just filed i140 NIW petition, now start working on i485 and this crazy i944 (wish to realize before that it worth to fill it before Feb24 !). 

As far as I understand, the purpose of i944 is to demonstrate that the person can earn money by themself, and prove it by showing high-school/colleage degrees, profeciency in English and so forth. But does it apply to my spouse and 5yo son?

Do you think it's worth to evaluate my wife's diploma (our ediucation was obtained in Russia)? If I do so, and want to use her university language courses as proof of English skills, should it be course-by-course evaluation?

My 5yo son doesn't have any proof of education or language proficency (obviously), he even doesn't have  a ssn to request credit score report. Is it possible that I and my wife would get approved, but my son - not o.O ?

Finally, for I-140 I evaluated my highest degree - PhD diploma. But unfortunately there's no language courses information included. So should I evaluate (course-by-course?) my master and/or bachalor diplomas, where the language courses are shown?

Rest of the bullet points seemed to be ok for our family (household income, health insurance, credit score, no deseases, no history of public benefit usage), so should I be worried about education and language at all?

I realize that this form is pretty new and no much experience is avaliable, but any ideas would be appreciated!
