Hi everyone, my mother just came on immigrant visa IR5 category, she haven't received her green card yet.... she need to apply for my siblings, 1 off them will be turning 21 next year. What will be the fastest way for her to come her before she turns 21 ? 

Can my mom apply for her with the copy of visa instead waiting for her green card ? If so does that will delay the process or not ? Or she better wait for the green card ? 

Please help/ advice ....

Can you please share how long it took for your brother documents to be qualifed  ? Who did applied for your brother?  My mother's want to apply for my sister, she will turn 21 next. Wanted to get an idea for her documents. 

Her Priority daye was September 18 2018, documents qualifying date was May 29 2019. Her interview was at November 2019, at that time they kept her passport and only asked for more pic with me at the time of interview. Then covid happened after that they issued her visa on july 12 2021 ...

 My mother came on immigrant visa IR category. Allhumdulliha everything was good officer didn't ask anything at the airport but they didn't took her finger prints. Are they not taking fingerprints anymore ? Or will it delay her green card process?

Allhumdulliha my mom status changed to issued on july 12. Does anyone know in how many days she will received her passport? And after that how many days its take to get the green card after arrival? 

Hi everyone, we submitted the 2nd medical for my mother last week after that dates changed twice on her case but status still say refused. Can anyone shared what does that mean or after this how long does it take for visa to be issued?

I received email from embassy to submit 2nd medical after my mom case  IR5 category in Ap from 2019.does anyone know how long does it take to get visa issue after submitting the medical. Does anyone have the same situation plz share. 

Hi, can you please share when was your father had interview? My mother had he interview in 2019 after that embassy kept her passport and not giving any update.... please share after how long embassy ask you for pics ?? And any other information you can give that will hel, much appreciated!!

Has anyone have heard about IR5 visa category ( parents). Since banned have been revoked did any one got any news from islamabad embassy? Please share

Congratulations. Can you plz share after interview how long your husband got the visa ? Did your husband did 2nd interview? Did you submit the new police report since its only valid for six month? Did you resubmit the tax return or any other documents then ds260?  After resubmit the ds260 how much time it took to visa to be issued?

They asked my husband to resubmit ds260 as well, i guess they added a few new questions to the application, thats y asked to be resubmitted, now the status has changed to AP, which was showing refused all year long, the embassy asked for new medical exam to be done and asked for new visa photos... hopefully its a good sign i guess🤞🤞

Hi, for my mother case it was also showing to resubmit ds260, which i did 3.weeks ago how ever  i didn't received any email from embassy and case status is still refused. Did embassy contacted you to resubmit the ds260 through email or you just did it on ceac web site ? How much time it took to change the status on your case ?  After how long embassy asked you for new medical or pics ?

Did its say on ceac website to resubmit Civil documents? because for my mother only asked resubmit ds260 and all the civil documents status is accepted doesn't show or asked resubmit civil documents. What about your status is it changed to resubmit civil documents?

For my mother case they also asked to resubmit the ds260. Her case is in Ap from November 2019. What civil documents they asked from you ? I had submit the documents which they asked at interview but they still shows under submit status not accepted? Wht about your documents how its shows now on ceac plz share any update....

My mother case was in AP from nov 2019. Last update was on oct 2020 that consular has reviewed the additional documents and cannot make any decisions due to the ban.  yesterday i just login to ceca website and saw that they reopen the DS260 in the document section. Which means they asked for resubmit the DS260, which i did. Has anyone had the same situation ? What does that mean ? What will be the next step. Please share your experiences. Thanks 

Hi everyone biden has removed the banned from IR5 visa category yesterday, so after all that time i wasn't not checking the status of my mother application, so yesterday i just login to ceca website and saw that they reopen the DS260 in the document section. Which means they asked for resubmit the DS260, which i did. Has anyone had the same situation ? What does that mean ? What will be the next step. Please share your experiences. Thanks 

Actually the letter she received at the time of interview it doesn't indicate that her case was going to Ap. Consular only ask to submit additional pics with my mother, which we did right after interview. But afterwards her status changed to Ap then refused from March 3rd. Now refused but doesn't mention that case is in AP.

My mother case was in Ap since last year November, then its changed to refused from march with long text indicated that case is in AP. Yesterday case status updated and visa status still says refused but with short text indicated visa application has been refused and see the letter received at the interview time. what does that mean ? Does anyone have same situation? Plz help !!!.

She is IR5 category, and since march her status changed to refused with long text. Since then trump has ban that category until December but I'm worried y they update to the short text which only mentions that her visa is refused and see the letter that she received at interview time and that letter only asked to provide additional pics with my mother. Which we did.

Hi, my mother case was in Administrative processing from last year November. I uploaded all the additional documents on ceac right after interview, from march 3rd her status were showing refused with long text. Yesterday its updated and still shows refused with short text. What does this mean does anyone know. Plz help !!!
