Is f2a included under trump new immigration ban too?

Everyones is not lucky like you guyz i just struggle for this visa for my husband thats only thing i did and still is ap from 7months

My case is f2a and my case is under ap from 7 months

And i dont think so i m genna get visa issued this year

My husband case is in ap from 22 november 2019 we are in ap beacause embessy needs prove of our marriage we provided wedding picture orignal marriage certificate my id card under his name but case is in ap from more than 4 months 

Where do you send additional documents requested after 221g refusal at embessy can some one tell 

Hye i applied for husband visa under f2a category  his visa refused at time of interview under 221g administrative process officer at time of interview give him white sheet of paper for additional documents to prove our marriage relation i have been in ap from 4 months still no visa issued case updated two times only

Can some ones please share there expereince with ap from islamabd embessy how long does it take

I applied for my husband visa under f2a his priority date is 8 january 2018 he had an imterview at islamabad embessy pakistan at22 november 2019 his visa refused under 221 g administrative process he handed a white piece of paper to submit prove of our relation we uploaded our documents on ceac but still there is no reply i am in ap almost 4 months do i have to send hard copy of additional documents to embessy too r i just have to upload on ceac can someone help please
