well I called....USCIS have LOST my stuff. Check cashed nov 1st then woosh...vanished..gone. GC expires tomorrow. I have my NOA1 and proof check was cashed.

I mailed my forms away to CSC on Oct 24th. Got NOA 2 weeks later...still no sign of biometrics appointment and I'm going to Scotland Feb 11th-27th...going to call monday as that will have been 90days since filing.

Early birthday present for tomorrow....

Got email from CRIS. Card production ordered! YIPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!

I feel like I'm back at k1 again, constantly checking USCIS for updates. I wasn't too bothered and only checked once a week until we got the touch. Now it's about once every hour or 2.

contact Jeraly. This is exactly what she did. She had a "non-legal" ceremonial wedding in feb 08 then her legal wedding which was just signing the paper when she came in July or August. She was in the same situation, had wedding plans made before the big 2007 CSC slump.

after all the activity yesterday there has been nothing today. Oh well it least it seems that there are a few of us under the same coffee cup on someones desk.

After sitting there gathering dust for 3 months, our AOS was touched today. Whether it is an RFE, our approval, or just someone picking up some reading material for his or her morning constitutional remains to be seen. At least it lets me know our package still physically exists.

It's gorgeous here in NE. There is snow on the ground and the sun is out. Nick got me a gorgeous belated engagement ring as he couldn't afford one 2 years ago. It's beautiful and totally unexpected.

got bit just below the eye at work today by a husky/lab. So going to have a sore black eye with big red tooth gouge for Christmas!! Just missed my eye by mm's. OUCHIE!!

I don't earn a great deal an hour but enough. I am guarenteed 35-40hrs a week and I enjoy my job very much plus find it satisfying and rewarding, I know I'm one of the lucky few to have found a job like I have so fast. Was just a case of right place, right time for me.

My parents really like Nick and I get on great with Nick's parents and siblings. My parents biggest problem was with me moving so far away. Now we have webcams and I talk to them a couple of times a week and it helps that we can see each other.

mine was almost a year ago but it consisted of checking vaccination history that you provide, blood test for HIV, chest x-ray, blood pressure, eyes, height, weight, a check that your organs are where they should be with a wee press on the tummy and a wee shifty to check you are the sex you say you are....tata you done. The most painful part is the paying for it!!

I'm just really cold. Earlier today I managed to spin our ford explorer 180degrees, thankfully on a quiet road with no parked cars and nothing coming the other way. Our roads like ice rinks. Didn't help that I hadn't noticed Nick had for some reason turned the 4 wheel drive off. Was scary but at the same time kinda fun....weeeeee!!

I've given up on getting a GC for christmas so Nick better get me something good.
