Hello guys I hope you can help me out after a long wait I received an Rfe that the the translator must certify that the translation is accurate and he or she is competent to translate from that language to English.
My wife has already translated the marriage certificate from Japanese to English but where do I put on the marriage certificate that she is competent of the translation? Both my wife and I are fluent in Japanese and English. I have attached photos of the RFE and certificate. Thank you!I am the petitioner trying to bring my Japanese wife to America.
