No update since June 3rd. We're approaching end of 13 months since first filing this petition.

Hi All, finally an update to the case since it was last updated on Nov 22nd to show the fingerprints. Today marks exactly a year to date since this petion was filed from Columbus, Ohio. Does this mean that an interview or an approval is on the horizon?
-
@Bobval Much congrats to you guys. I see you are from Ohio as well? Were you guys LIN? Mind sharing your case without the last three numbers? We filed with the received date of May 24th and had biometrics in Oct; no update since.

Hi All, I'm seeing lots of approvals around LIN1990483XXX . Wishing you all the best!!.
-
-
I don't think they are worked in chrological order - It's more like case loads per case manager and they probably pick any random in a group of 50 or so..just my 2 cents
-
@Hope&Love - we're in the same boat - LIN1990483XXX- last update on fingerprints taken on Oct 22nd - silence since then
-
@Italy-USA I would think they would schedule an interview much in advance. good luck
-
Look at all these approvals in May 2019 timeframe - I likes it!!

-

Good luck to everyone still waiting
@Pugdandi - I bet your case number is probably this - LIN1990483XXX if yes, I'm in the same boat. Fingerprints done on Oct 22, 2019 and no updates since. The receipt data is May 23rd as well for us.
-
@Socagirl3 - what were your key dates?
-
Yeah, same here. Biometrics were executed on 10/22 and nothing since. Our Case number is LIN1990483XXX

Since we are May 2019 filer, I'm contantly looking at April and May feeds to see updates from individuals. Someone, the update is an exchange from individuals. I'm sure other folks are equally keen to keep checking this forum. We filed on May 22nd with check cashing on May 28th. Had Biometric appointment on October 22nd and nothing since. We are LIN filers. Good luck everyone.

Hi All, I know USCIS is somewhat slow in processing AOS cases from timing around 15 months to 19 months at Nebraska Service Center - I wonder what would the downstream impact be if the case workers are not allowed to come into the office; i.e. not sure if the federal employees have the means to work from home.
