    Im having trouble trying to plan out what we should do. Do we get married here and I apply for the fiance visa? OR is it easier to get married in Morocco and then apply for the other paperwork? We are going to have a wedding in both places either way Im sure, but I guess im just trying to figure out legality wise whats better for us?

      Have you visited your guy in Morocco yet? If not, start there. Like foreverwaiting has stated, Morocco is a high fraud country. You will want to visit a couple times at least before getting engaged or married. I know this part of your relationship is very exciting and you're in love but please slow down some (you've known each other less than a year).     October 4, 2010 was our interview in cairo egypt. Still no visa sent, got on the phone today calling and calling and calling and hearing processing processing processing!!!! Finally got hold of someone that told me our case was in Washington, has anyone had there case in washington that can give me some information about what is going on here? Some time frames? Or anything.

      It's normal. Time frames are tricky. It can take days, weeks or months. Our case was in Washington for about 2.5 months then sent back to Cairo for another 1.5 months until the visa was issued. It's probably in name checks or some other kind of background check. Very normal.

    Looks like we are falling into the never ending downward spiral of AP.

      The CO told my husband 2 weeks, it took nearly 4 months. :( Don't get discouraged, you will be reunited with your love, soon! :) Good luck!
