Allow the process to play itself out. That is the nature of dealing with USA immigration in these times and be grateful you were not refused outright.

I would never send multiple exclamation marks questions to the embassy of course.

I send an email once a month asking about any update.

No, they don’t refuse visas because they are upset with you. They just wanted you to stop sending emails that don’t do anything but use up time. It’s not like they forget to work on cases where people don’t enquiry regularly and in any case, most of the checks being done for AP are not by the embassy itself but by DHS etc back in the US.

Last update is the interview date 5th-June and since that date no update happened, Could it be because they were upset of me sending queries once a month?!!!! I sent him today an email asking about my statues.. could that be a reason?!!!!!!!

They also asked for DS5535 I filled it quickly and send it, maybe a small detail missing like a date or small trip?!!!!!!

I am Syrian got visa before visited my family 4 times before in Frankfurt Germany consulate.

Please any one have an explanation for this message that appeared today?

I sent a regular query to the embassy today asking about the status of my visitor visa ( as i am  being 9 months in Administrative processing) , they replied by saying you are still undergoing AP and you dont have to send queries regularly.

Is that a final refusal or WHAT? please any hope?
