I am applying for a new K1 Visa for my fiancé. My concern is that I filed previously for my ex in 2020. We broke up before I got the letter for the interview in Feb 2021. Is that previous application now completely expired or do I need to do something about it still?

Also, my current partner has a child. Will that make the process more challenging? The previous petition went smoothly. It was really COVID and travel restrictions that revealed the issues in that relationship.

Got it that makes sense. Can anyone interpret or do we need to find like licensed interpreter.

 I am filing my moms N-400 Online and have it all pretty much done. My only question is regarding the requests for accommodations section, my mom meets the 55/15 English exemption requirements and I do not believe that is what is being asked about in the request for accommodations section. Am I correct? If I am do I need to file any other paperwork or will she just be offered to take the civics exam in Spanish automatically? 

I was planning on making a photocopy of my Birth certificate to send in as the evidence, but now I am wondering if i need to send in an official copy issues by the government or if a regular photocopy works. I went through a couple pages and looked on many websites but I couldn't find a clear answer.

Would it just be better to make a photocopy of my passport?
