  1. My appologies to the moderators if this is placed incorrectly.

I came across this website and called them up and they state they prepare all of the documents needed to file for whatever visa needed. They charge 960.00 for the whole process and claim they get the filing fees waived as opposed to getting a lawyer. I was just wondering if anyone has ever used them or heard anything about them.

  2. Hello all! My husband and I are about to start the filing process but we aren't sure which route to take. He is here in Texas with me and we have 2 children together. He originally came on a school visa (H1 I think). 3 years after he came, we met and married. After 2 1/2 years we finally have enough money to file for the proper documentation but I'm a little confused on where to start. I have scoured and studied the forums and guides and I'm having a hard time finding a situation simular to mine. We were originally going to file for K-3 but after reading several posts I see that the CR-1 may be a better option. I'm just not sure which route to take. Any suggestions? :help:

  3. Hello all! I am brand spankin new to this and I am totally lost. I've been looking through the different posts to see if there is anyone who has a similar situation but I've yet to come across one. Also, I'm not really sure what all the abbreviations mean.

Here's the situation, My husband came from England about 4 years ago on a student visa (F1 I think) we were married about a year ago and have recently had a son. I want to start the process (pretty quickly!) on getting his greencard but I'm not sure how to start out. Also, if anyone could give me some suggestions on costs of the process or forms that would be great! Thanks a lot for any suggestions! :help::thumbs:
