  1. hey maneco,

    Im from Brazil as well.

everything is gonna be ok. maybe you gonna have some "stress" because of that but im 100% sure you gonna get your greecard and your citizenship....

she probably is an angry mean person and probably got irritated with you "English".... I also live in Orlando and and I've encountered people being mean to me coz of my English....

but don't worry. they NOT gonna deny your case! Im a 100% sure!

by the way: I have a friend who went for a interview few weeks ago ( Brazilian guy in Orlando as well ) for the first green card, and the officer asked my friend a lot of crazy questions like "what is your wife favorite brands? ; where your wife does her hair and her nails? what is your wife dream?????  he had no idea of the answers....and said "I don't know "....finally the officer got upset and asked "if I deny your green card, what you gonna do? are u taking your wife to Brazil?" my friend told me he was really upset at that moment and speechless. He said "I don't know how to answer your question, but I ll seek legal advice before I make any decision that will affect my family".....

they got approved same day few hour later

  2. The new law from the government don't want people with bad credit score seeking green card, etc...

the new law starting FEB 24th:

    ----

So, Im outside the US for more than 6 months, I will probably land in the US after 9-10 months of my departure ( so I ll be seeking admittance )

I know the risks of CBP saying that I abandoned my residence, so I ll bring a lot of proof to show them that I did not abandoned and the reasons for my long trip.

    ( Im a conditional resident )

Im married to a US citizen. we file tax together and everything BUT I just realized my credit score is really bad.

Back in 2019 I had Credit card debts and because of my unexpected time overseas, I did not make those payments on time. So that messed up my credit really bad.

I paid the credit cards already but my credit still really bad.

I never asked for any financial assistance from the government, never asked for food stamps, or etc. To be honest, my spouse and my parents pay for all my bills. I am a full time student right now.

Do u guys think Im gonna be denied entry at the airport because of my credit score????

  3.

I left the US last year after my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer.

I live in America with my US citizen spouse and I have a conditional green card.

I knew I could not spend more than 6 months ( 180 days ) overseas - but I was desperate, my family was suffering, I just booked a 1 way ticket to my country. I did not have time to apply for a reentry permit.

I was planning on going back to America before the 6 months ends, but my family needed me, the things got real complicated.

I just purchased my one-way ticket back to America and I will land in USA almost a year after I left ( 10 months )

What are the chances that Im gonna get in trouble at Homeland Security/airport?

I ll bring with me: US bank statements, joint account with my US citizen spouse, other 2 US checking and savings account that I have ; current apartment leasing , tax return 2019/2020; US driver license, SSN, Marriage certificate, my mother medical paperwork, exams, detailed.

What is the worst that can happen?
