  1. I'm filing online under the 3years rule and we do not have ANY children. However, they require that you upload child and spousal support documents. Otherwise, I can't not proceed with filing. What do I do? Do I just upload a page saying we do not have any children. I'm confused but when I asked about children I put 0 in the field.
  2. Sorry for the duplicate post, I couldn't edit my previous one. But I really would like to know if I have to send bank statements for every month for the past 3 years. It's a lot of pages. I feel like it would be more organized if I paper file this. Also, my bank only makes statements available going back one year.
  3. yes I'm not planning on hiring a lawyer. I just wanted to know if the list was fine or if I need more documents. Are there more documents that are crucial and I'm able to get?
  4. I want to file the n400 online but as soon I as click the form there is a requirements list before you begin that only mention stuff about the 5-year rule. No mention of 3 years rule (which is the one I'm going to file under). Is it still ok for me to file online still? Also is this list of documents ok? ⦁ LPR Card (Green Card): A copy of your Permanent Resident Card (also known as a Green Card) (both sides) ⦁ Continuous Residence and physical presence documentation for the last 3 years: 1. Rent or mortgage statements, 2. Bank, credit card, or loan statements showing regular transactions; (Do I have to upload all of the statements for 3 years?) 3. Proof of car registration and insurance. 4. Your passport showing entry and exit stamps; (Do I have to upload all pages even the blank ones?) ⦁ A copy of your marriage certificate. ⦁ Evidence of U.S. citizenship for spouse for the last 3 years, generally a copy of your spouse’s: 1. U.S. birth certificate. ⦁ Evidence of Commingling of Finances 1. Statement of Joint Bank Account 2. IRS tax transcripts 3. Copy of Joint utility bills - electricity 4. Copy of joint health insurance 5. Copy of joint auto insurance 6. Copy of life insurance beneficiary ⦁ Photographs (Is it necessary for n400? I didn't read anything about it on the official list of documents) Am I missing anything? And about a letter requesting the combo interview with my pending I-751. Do I send it with the documents for the n400 or do I file it first and send it later?
  5. Idk why you're telling me what to do with my own money. But hey thanks for the unsolicited advice.
  6. Because I have the money and I've got no problem paying it full.
  7. Part 10. Request for a Fee Reduction My household income is less than or equal to 400% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (see Instructions for required documentation). Yes (complete Item Numbers 2. -5.b.) No (skip to Part 11.) Our income is less than 400% but I just want to pay full price to avoid headaches. If I say no though, I'd be lying and that's a huge no-no. What do I do? Is it ok if I skip this question completely?
  8. Brazil is one of the new additions to the PAUSE list of countries. I understand that, at the moment, this only applies to consular and embassy visa processing, but we all know it’s likely just a matter of time before USCIS starts doing the same. I was planning to file my N-400 after filing my 2025 taxes, probably around March. Now, though, I’m hesitant to file it because I’ve read that USCIS issues a new extension letter for the N-400, and that it’s shorter than the current 48-month extension from the I-751. I have a gut feeling that I should just wait and hope the I-751 process is completed first, but I’m still unsure if that’s the right course of action. I'd like to hear your opinions. Thank you.
  9. I think I know the answer for the question I'm about to ask... But does anyone know if it's going to affect legal residents and applications like I-751 and N-400? I have a pending I-751 application and I was planning on apply to citizenship which I am eligible for (OR would have been if it wasn't for the ban).
  10. If that happens, how do I solve that problem? Is there a chance I won't be able to travel back to the U.S because of the airline or is it an easy fix? Sorry I'm really anxious abt this trip but I really wanna visit my family.
  11. Forgot to say I'm staying outside of the U.S for 1 week only.
  12. So I am planning on traveling abroad in November/December but by then my condition green card is going to expire in 4/3 months (March). It is ok to travel internationally like that? Its it worth applying to get a Global Entry or that's going to be certainly denied?
  13. Probably DHS had not updated your records by the time you went to get your DL. You Probably went to DMV the next day after getting your USCIS docs. Actually that’s not true, it was after 5 months of receiving the GC. And that’s why i’m worried. I’m worried they never really updated and I will have problems.
  14. Does anyone know why problems with SAVE check (e.g. unable to verify or different status/outdated status) It's not an issue when it comes to travelling but it's an issue to get a DL? I would like to get more details on that if possible. Thank you!
  15. Thank you so much! I have one more question. When I was trying to get a DL(with GC) the DMV employers ran a SAVE check on me and it came back as status unable to be verified, or something like that. Eventually, I was able to get a DL because of another employer who said, "If she has a GC with her that's all I need". My question is, Will I have any problem because of the save check status if I travel? I have no idea how to fix that.
