Hi All,

I submitted my application for my EAD, travel rights and AOS in the end of July 2020. Not heard anything back yet from the USCIS, my application was submitted and is being processed at the National Benefits Centre. I was just wondering if anyone else is in my situation at the moment, or have any information that you have received elsewhere that could be beneficial for me to know! Hoping this comes round soon because 9 months on a single salary isn't fun! I submitted my EAD application via a K1 visa if that makes any difference!

They're only open to US citizens and permanent residents! Otherwise i'd be on a flight right now!

Is this really possible? i'm sure entering via this way will cause a lot of questions and issues at the US border when you arrive?

Hey Guys,

I had my interview at the Embassy on Wednesday 11th March (Yesterday). They said they couldnt approve my visa then and there due to them not receiving my medical results yet(i took the medical a week before my interview). I assume my results would have either arrived yesterday afternoon or today. I spoke to the medical centre and they said everything is fine with my results which is good so its just a wait for me...

I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if they can advise on how long its going to take for me to receive my visa and passport back?

I've noticed if people were approved at the embassy it took 3-5 days to receive their visas, so i was assuming mine would be a couple days longer?
