I got a Request For Evidence (RFE) for my Adjustment of Status (AOS) which I was allowed to respond to online using MyUSCIS (rather than physically mailing the missing evidence). As of today (November 19th 2021) my online account says "response was received" for the RFE. Can I trust this message or would it be better to call USCIS and confirm that they have my new documents?
Note: I have tried calling USCIS but it's impossible to talk to a human representative. -

They don’t send a notification for that

hello,
two weeks ago I went to get my biometrics done (fingerprints + photo). On my USCIS profile, the status of my EAD and AOS says "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS", and the date of this update is the same date of my biometrics.
My question is: am I supposed to receive a notification/message from USCIS about my fingerprints? If so, how long does it take/do I need to contact USCIS?
Thanks for your help,
Sara

Hi, I got married on June 9th and the 90th day of my visa would be August 5th.
My husband and I are probably sending my AOS by the end of this week. Sadly USCIS is being slow at processing the cases so the NOA1 might take up to 6 weeks to be issued.
So, would it be a problem to receive the NOA1 of my Adjustment of Status after the 90 days?
Thanks for your help!

I am about to start Community college and I was considering applying for the Dream Act, which is not part of FASFA. But I am wondering if the Dream Act would affect my Adjustment of Status (have not sent yet), in other words, would receiving money for educational use through the DREAM Act be considered a public charge and thus deny me my green card?
Many thanks,Sara

Hi,
I am a K1 VISA HOLDER and I'll be moving to the US soon. I'd like to start community college this summer, but my fiance would have to get a student loan for me from a private bank. Would it affect my Adjustment of Status?
thanks for answering!

Hi all,
What are the rules on self-employment when your work permit request is still pending and you have already married your US partner? For example, I am thinking of making an Etsy, can I sell my handmade things to Americans in America? I'm not over there yet.
Thanks
Who else is waiting for a response after your AOS green card interview and for how long?

Hello there!
I had my Green Card (AOS) interview on April 19th, I was approved by the officer but she said that my paperwork had to be approved by a supervisor too. I have been waiting for a response since then.
I guess your wife received her green card. How long did she have to wait? I know what you're talking about. This waiting is so frustrating!
