    Yes. I have transaction ID on the AOS fee receipt.

    If status will change to paid I will let you know on this page ASAP.

    did you already paid ERCA???

    im really scared...

    NVC said that we should pay that fee from PC not cellphone.

    Our status is still in process now.

    My hunband called to NVC on February 15th and he asked them to talk with supervisor.

    But no available supervior that time. They said that they will bring up to supervisor attention and in 3 days guarantee call my husband back.

    But NVC supervisor haven't called my husband back yet!!!

    We have been waiting for more that 1 week since that time!!!

    we're really irritated about this problem too. Because we can't do anything!

    Anyway, my husband will keep calling to them everyday.

    If we can make something progress, I will update on this page!

    my spouse just called to nvc and lady answered.

    she just told him that we should submit inquiry on nvc website.

    Did you already fix about this problem? 

    If yes, how long does it took?

     

  6. Hi.

    I'm in same situation now too.

    I got welcome letter on January 31 and then my husband tried to pay AOS fee that time.

    But he got something error. He tried to pay again but status changed to "in process" and can't push bottun.

    I successed to pay IV fee. IV fee status changed to paid only one day.

    Why only AOS fee doesn't change to paid??? We've been waiting for almost 2 weeks.

    So My husband called to NVC many many many times. but they didn't answer.

    Please help me or advice to me anything...(:_;)

    We can't move on next step about AOS process...
