one more doubt... do we need to submit petitioner employment history proof? ( I mean employment letter from last 5 years employer? ) I worried my employer will not give me employment letter.

My husband birth certificate name spelling was mis spelled by 2 letters compared to his passport name. and I he has affidavit for it . my doubt as follow.....

Do i need to mention his mis spelled name in  "other name used" (under other name beneficiary ever used).  He never used mis spelled name in any certificate, only appear in my birth certificate. Appreciate your comment. Thanks

I know I-130 available to file online but what about I-130A, since spouse must file I-130 & I-130A to establish relation

Thanks for your comments, My US citizen spouse only lived 3 years in US at the age 1,2 & 3. so she doesn't have any house address there. i heard there is some exemption to give foreign address in I-130 (part 12.a)  incase no address in USA. please advise

I -130 part 12.a to 12.e - petitioner (us citizen) and beneficiary both living abroad. No local address to write "where intent to live in US"- can we give abroad address in the place of intent to live US adress, please advice. Thanks
