I would just mention it in the interview if they don't bring it up first. In my personal experience, I interviewed before my two year anniversary but I entered the US after and I was SO nervous when arriving in the country, I didn't want to bring it up and just hope it would automatically update but one of the first things the agent said to me was that as I had entered after my two year anniversary it is now an IR1 and he stamped my passport accordingly.

I printed out everything that I had already submitted to them and brought some additional photos and new chat/call logs as we had trips together since I filed but nothing got asked from it. I wasn't expecting to have to show it but better to be prepared. They only asked me a few basic questions, where my spouse lives (state), what they do for a job and what I do for a job. It was very stressful and relaxed, I had months and months of anxiety over nothing
