IT has been 18 days ago since we got an email from NVC saying they 'll send us the instruction package of DS-

230 to complete it but nothing so far . Is this normal?

2 weeks ago i got an email from NVC saying that the applicant needs to complete DS-230 with documents and send it back . Now we are waiting to get the mail from nvc. my question is this : the mail we are supposed to get does it include the BARCODE COVERSHEET which we have to include with the whole package od DS-230 OR what ?

we are waiting for the barcode of ds-230 to include it with the package then send it back to nvc . my wife called nvc and a guy told her they are ready to send our case to the consulate IS THAT POSSIBLE,?? what i know is that nvc have to get ds230 package and whern everything is fine then they send it to the consualte? is this possible or what

When a case is complete does NVC send you a letter saying that your case is complte and thus it is forwarded to the Embassy YOU have to call NVC to check about it ??

SORRY i want to add that I got the email from NVC on 23 Jul 2007

HELLO EVERYONE,

I got an email from NVC saying:

that "The NVC is waiting for form I-864 (Affidavit of Support) to be

completed by the petitioner..." we have been wiating for the packet esp the barcode cover sheet to be arrived and then send back the whole package, yet until now we got nothing but my wife got the IV BILL to pay that 380 dollars . is this normal ? I thought the IV bill payment is after one sends the package of i-864 with documents.

i need your clarification here please .....MANY THANKS

i read and found that i can download the barcode cover sheet yet i am confused about the procedure ....my question is it enough to have that cover sheet and put mu case number then print it then inculude the paper with the i-864 form then send it to nvc or that needs more taht that ?

after getting an EMAIL from NVC for us to send i-864 form... we are not going to wait till the packet arrives ; my wife now is intending to send the I-864 form with documents tomorow yet i read that "barcode cover sheet" to be returned "with i-864 form....

is that barcode cover sheet necessary to be sent back or i dont have to worry about it and thus send i-864 with documents? what shall we do here?

i read that some talking about the fact the NVC send letters and assigns case number! are they new case numbers given by the NVC or they are the case numbers the office centers (vermont , california,.....) give to the cases ??
