There are no linear dependency between the NOA1 and NOA2. They've proceeded quite a lot of cases from 02.2019 and 03.2019, but still they haven't touched yet over 40% of the cases from 09/10/11 2018. During the end of 2018 and first half of 2019 (before internet processing) the number of F2A filler were roughly 1.5k/day and they are completing less than 1k/day. So I would not bet on any estimates.
