Hi Just got an update today for EAC Vermont!!

Does it mean they will send a new card?

    Case Was Approved

On February 28, 2020, we approved your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EAC1990049XXX. We sent you an approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your approval notice by March 14, 2020, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Congrats man.. when did you file?

Passport should be valid for 6 months before your international travel or back from International travel. Looks like you are already due for a renewel.. Renew it asap before you are due for a surprise or travel nightmare.

My passport expires in 5 years.

I'm talking about the passport stamp they give you so you can travel with the expired green card while your case is still pending.

I had the same case status until I filled my N400 online and all of sudden my case transferred to local office and I think I will get combo interview and done with this process.

My prediction would be same for you since you already filed N400 while your I751 process in pending

What kind of interviews are they setting up for the n400 and i751 together? I dont really get it

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight. I am just starting out in this process, I will be attending my biometrics appointment next week, and I am wondering what the likelihood is of me being asked to attend an interview? Husband and I are still happily married, have since had a baby since first green card and have travelled a lot together, have sent lots of pictures, plane tickets, birth records etc for evidence.

Reason I am asking is, I want to plan a trip to visit my family in the UK in the fall and don't want to be called for an interview in that time! I was just wondering how many of you have been asked for interview, is it more common than not?

    Thanks in advance!

The better the package you sent in. The better the odds of not having an interview.

Sorry I had it in my signature file but I think some turn off the feature so they sometimes cant read it.

    Quick update

Earlier morning, i got 4 status update and it turned out that my case has been received by local office which I believe is Albany, NY.

N400 status changed from Biometric scheduled to fingerprint being taken within 24 hours of biometric appointment and case completion change from October 2020 to September 2020.

It look like they will schedule my interview for I751 and N400 together and hopefully be done with this process

So when did you apply for the N400?

After 1 year of your temporary green card expired? While being married to an us citizen?
