The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas.

NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in MANILA, PHIL to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable).

Please do NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until you have received an immigrant visa from the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General.

The U.S. Embassy/Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview. Please visit https://nvc.state.gov/interview for information about immigrant visa interviews.

I worry coz i just submitted 1 photograph

May i know if how many photograph did u scan and submitted in the ceac for the civil documents. Reply is highly appreciated.

How many photograph should be scanned to be submitted in the ceac as civil documents?..

I worry that my photograph be rejected again since i just submitted one photograph

What does case complete means? And how long does it takes to be a case complete

I experienced RFE (Form I- 130 A supplemental information for spouse Beneficiary) ,and 13 days after they recieved the submitted documents we recieved the approval of my petition! So keep the Faith! Goodluck😊

How long does nvc reviews for a documents that were resubmitted, because it was rejected the first time we submitted it.

The status of the first documents submitted was already ACCEPTED.
