Can F3 immigrant visa holders travel from Nigeria to the United States during this travel ban and EO?

I noticed due to the public charge which took effect along side the ban now requires the petitioner also submit form I-846EZ affidavit of support hence being requested at the embassy during interview. My F-3  interview  appointment on wednesday this week was rescheduled for May . Can anyone is our esteemed forum share  some insights?. Why are we being rescheduled ?. Mr. Olu111 can you kindly share a few questions your son and daughter were asked during their interviews?. The WEST AFRICAN EXAMINATION COUNCIL results information was helpful indeed. Our minds didn't go that it might be asked for. 

Our interview comes up next month for F3 immigrant visa category with my spouse and kids. I am the principal applicant. Any guidance from anyone in the house that will help us be prepared, will be appreciated indeed. Thank you

I am Nigerian and a Married daughter of a US citizen currently residing in Lagos, Nigeria.  My immigrant  visa interview with my husband and two children under the (F3) visa classification comes up  on March 12th 2020. 

Considering the immigrant visa ban on Nigeria announced yesterday by President Trump?

1.Will I get the visa ?.

2.Will i and my family be denied due the the new policy which will take effect  this February?.

3.What is the best possible way for me to handle this new development to get the best or favorable outcome ?.

4. What options do we have ?.
