Whomever in Paris said they could not transit Paris airports whilst transiting from Tunis (a non banned place I believe) to the USA was wrong I think (it happens sadly).
To be safe, folks that want to enter the USA from a non-banned place should not transit thru a banned place imho...thus avoiding any issues in that regard (there are plenty of other issues to navigate, this removes one potential problem).

Do we have to be quarantine in the USA or home country or if we need any certificate of clearing us of covid 19 upon entry into the USA? Where do I have to contact if unsure?

Our K1Petition is stuck at New Hampshire’s NVC. We already received our NOA2 in March and it expired on July 4th. The Malaysian embassy is still not accepting face to face interview except for emergencies relating to US citizens. They said will resume soon. Sigh 😔 This was supposed to be the fastest route to be together 😭

I wouldn't panic over this, whether you are out of the country waiting for K1 approval, or in the country waiting for a green card etc, the immigrant process has been delayed historically for years with progression and regression due to many factors, it just means a delay, and the one thing I can say after going from K1 in 2013 to Naturalization in 2017 is don't stress about things you can't control (government bureaucracy, death and the weather) and just let things happen when they will happen. 99% of you will all be approved *eventually* for whatever you are applying for in the end, worrying and stressing won't change your outcome one bit. Yes it's emotionally draining, but just be patient which is better said than done.
This helps thanks. It’s a longer wait for us and we want to be with each other my fiancé and I. Hearing this news is devastating. I hope they at least let fiancées and spouses be together even without competing about jobs.. times already hard and being apart is worst. At least we can endure hardship together.

How do we know if nvc is still working on our case? Is anything halted there? We got our NOA 2 recently. For one of my friend who was about to go for an interview at the embassy has cancelled k1 interview appointments with no further notice of new dates. The whole country is in restrictive movement order till 31/3/2020. Hopefully things could be relaxed for us all to be reunited with our significant others quickly.
