    Merrilll, I use a CallPlus Asia card out of Hawaii and have the same problem you described. If the connection is bad, I called customer service, report the problem, get a credit and call back. The quality is usually better when doing this. It's kind of a pain to report the problem, but unless we do, the company gets their money and thinks things are fine.
