They were #19 on the K1 list with 113 days from filing to NOA2.

That makes 2 K1 approvals for 8/29 and 4 for the week so far. Let's hope we see some more before the week ends.

I sure hope so mine is from may 9 and not even a touch. Those of u that got approved did any of you get it with out any touches?

Nope, every time I logged into USCIS they still had it dated as 5/17/2007 which is when they received it. I never got a single touch. I was freaking out because everyone else on here were always talking about touches. You've gotta be right in there with my batch. It could come at any moment, be ready!

Woohoo, we're approved! What a way to wake up this morning. My phone buzzed and woke me up with an incoming email. I'm so stoked and wanted to tell you all immediately. I'm still in bed posting this message from my phone!

LOL, seriously! I check it 50 times a day too! It's the only thing that makes me feel like anything is getting done. The occasional "we got approved!" keeps me going.

its half way through august and we have only had 7 approvals this month...at this rate i will be approved in roughly februaryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

i know that i am not even close to getting my NOA2, but i mean move it already!

This is my first post. I've just been quietly reading the forums and holding my breath, patiently awaiting NOA2. I agree, it gets really frustrating but at least I know I'm not the only one who is feeling this way. Everyone here has been really supportive and they keep saying "it's coming, it's coming soon." I'm feeling really drained though. At least you have a "touch". My case was received on May 17 and hasn't been touched at all. It's been almost 3 months with no action whatsoever. I really think it's just bad timing. Summer time means more vacations for staff, the fee hike may or may not have had an effect, and our immigration system is all over the place right now. Just my luck, but there's honestly nothing I can do but wait. That's the hardest part really... the lack of control. I like control

Now to sound like everyone else, hang in there! It's coming, it's coming soon!
