If you reside in the UK, why are you not interviewing in London? Vilnius will NOT have an approved panel physician outside of Lithuania
Because I'm Lithuanian citizen and we decided to transfer our case to Vilnius.

It has to be approved by the consulate doing the interview. As an example, applicants from Portugal interview in Paris. Paris has an approved panel physician in Portugal for those applicants to use, and they submit the results to Paris.
Thanks again! So, it is possible if the consulate that I will be interviewed in has an approved panel physician in the UK where I reside at the moment.

Simple answer, no. It has to be a panel physician approved by the visa issuing consulate.
Thank you for confirming it!

medical examination conducted by a panel physician approved by the visa issuing U.S. Embassy/Consulate.
Hi there,
Thank you. I think that answers to my question. So, it has to be in the country where the U.S Consulate is if it has to be approved by that specific consulate where the visa interview going to take place.

Hello everyone,
I hope there are people who had have this experience before.
I'm trying to find some information/answers about medical examinations prior to a visa interview. Can I get my medical examination completed at the different country than my interview? Or does it have to be the same country?
Looking forward for some responses!
Thanks

We are round 3 plaintiffs and got an email response today from the London Embassy.
"Following the UK national lockdown effective January 5, 2021, the Immigrant Visa Unit is only providing limited visa services. We are in the process of scheduling your case and you will receive notification as soon as your interview appointment is confirmed."
I wish I had more information and more of an idea of what to expect. I will update once we have an interview scheduled!
What email address did you use to contact the US embassy in London?

Hello there,
My fiancé and I applied for our K-1 visa back in February 2020. Our case is still stuck at NVC. I was reading a lot about this Milligan v. Pompeo lawsuit and that it can help to push the case forward.
Please, can anyone share any ideas, thoughts how to apply and join this plaintiff lawsuit?
Thanks

Hi there,
I'm just curious what is going to happen to our submitted application because my Fiancé accidentally put a wrong street and number (name of the company and ZIP code are correct) for her employer address... What are the chances to get approved or get the RFE???
I am looking forward for your opinions!

Well the problem is we already submitted our application...So it is definitely too late for that. I was just wondering if anyone did the same?...

Hello there,
My Fiancee and I submitted I-129f form and we are wondering now whether is it okay that we left some columns "BLANK" that weren't applicable for our case.I noticed in the instructions that it says to put "N/A".... However, in Adobe Acrobat Reader we couldn't do it, so that is why we left those column blank.

I appreciate your time and effort to help. Thank you for clarifying things. I think, I'm just going to stick with approved panel physician in Vilnius.
