Please let me know what is the correct format of the NBI name after marriage. NBI asked for my maiden name and my husband’s surname I am not sure if it is correct just to see my husband’s surname on the right lower portion and not on my last name. How long Does it need to be valid from the interview?

Hi! May i ask how long did you wait for the nvc to approve your request? I sent an expedite request and all I have is the acknowledgement email. Hoping they can consider and approve my reasons.

Apologies. Was trying to help her it has been almost two years and her application is still with Uscis while I wait for NVC to approve my documents up to now.

Approved from uscis cause nalipat ako from California to Texas service center after 1.4 years.

Hello po ang sad maghintay ng matagal.  no news for me both nvc (almost two months docs review) and expedite request 🙏🏻
