We're trying to bring my parents here to US. My brother is USC but he doesn't make enough money to provide/show affidavit of support. I am a PR and I know I can chime in for support. My question is do we file:

1.) I-130 (2 for parents, both filed by my brother)

2.) I-864 (2 forms, one from me and one from my brother)

3.) G-325A (2 forms, one from me and one from my brother)

Does it look alright? Do we send all that jazz in one package? Also, how do I find out the poverty line for state of AR? Last time I heard, it was around $19,500. Also, on the affidavit of support form, it says you have to support them 125% of poverty line. My question is that is it 125% for both my parents or individual? My wife can also chime in and then we can file total of 3 I-864 and G-325A if needed.

If they sent you the complete package back then yes you can put additional evidence in the package you return.

What about the mailing address issue ?

I sent the wrong fee, totally forgot about fee change. I have to send it off again with the new $545 fee. Question I had was can I add in more evidence to my packet? Also it says to "Please place this notice on top of your petition when resubmitting and mail to the above address."

I originally filed at TSC but this one it from CSC.
