    i bought a seat for my son for he is so big he will be almost 2 yrs old by the time we travel over christmas but if he sat on our lap it is 10% of an adult fare or it is 80 % of adult fare for his seat but i realized 24 hrs sitting on my lap wasnt going to be good for either of us with your baby being so young save your money just ask for bassenet good luck and have a fun trip

    you could request for a bassinet when you buy your ticket. i traveled with my daughter going to the pi when she was 3 months old and and when she was 11 months old. i paid $180 for her.

    still waiting for green card approval. had my interview last november 4, 2008.

    Congrats to those of you who already got their cards...and for the rest of you still waiting, hang in there! The journey is almost over....(and then start again in about two years, for those of us lifting conditions)

    thanks! just got an e-mail informing me of card production and that i should get it within 30 days :)

    I've been here in Seattle for over a month. I miss Manila so much because I realized how lively the people are and I miss the restaurants. I miss friends and family too. It's hard when you got used to other people doing things for you. It's a big adjustment that you have to do every single thing like ironing clothes. I miss wearing tank tops, shorts and flip flops. I miss the sun too. I miss working too. I miss spending my own money. Right now it's just church wedding prep, reading, cooking or cleaning. I miss speaking Tagalog too although my hubby and I speak it at home but just getting to speak it around most people is something I miss :)

    For the people asking how I did it or asking for opinion!

    Oh yeah CFO...Forgot about that :lol: ..that will be March 6 or 7..No he is not packing yet because I made him shop clothes in PI because clothes here in the US for guy is expensive :lol: ..But as soon he is done shopping, i will make him pack :lol: ..that's how crazy I am to be with him!!! :thumbs:

    Question.. Where are you guys in the States?

    Cause if your in the North East or North West.. It would be better to buy clothes here.. Winter clothes.

    if buying winter clothes, it's cheaper in the US :)

    BlueSalmon, they did not ask for the X-Ray, and I even asked the Officer at the POE if he wanted it. He said "No, it's yours, keep hold of it."

    The main things he asked Ann were where she was going, and then clearly explained to her that the Visa was a one time entry visa, and that we had 90 days to be married. He asked her a few questions about her home in Mabalacat, but I think that was more because he knew that area and was discussing things about Pampanga with her.

    yeah, roserick is right...just pay the fees to avoid delay.

    I paid:

    P650 - document verification at metrobank

    P5,502 - DS-156 at BPI

    P6,090 - Medical at SLEC

    and im guessing more fees to come since ill be paying

    P165 - for delbros (delivery) if, God permits, visa granted

    P250 - registration at CFO

    P250 - counseling fee at CFO

    That's a lot of fees, but they're all worth it just to be with my honey, hehehe!!!

    Isn't it Php250.00 for the registration and counseling and then another Php400.00 for the CFO registration and stamp/sticker?

    yeah, i paid for a total of Php 650.00 :)

    I feel for you. I know how hard it is to wait because you don't know exactly when you're going to receive your visa. It's almost two months and quite a delay. I hope your journey moves faster. Keep the faith, it's going to be approved soon :thumbs:

    Please pray for me and my fiancee. She will have her interview at 7:30am in USEM. Pray that our God will guide her and giver her wisdome and strenght. As well as the right responses and direct her to a nice pre-screener and consular. Thank you and we will share everything once she is APPROVED!!! Thank you guys and God bless.
