Hi I'm trying to fill out the paperwork for the K1 visa for my Fiance and I had a question on the document required.
She lived in the states for a while (more than 6 month) and then she went back to Korea. Does she need a police certificate from the states? I have read in different forum that stated that if you stayed in the states you don't need it but I wanted to double check.
If the police certificate is needed how does she go about obtaining it? Doesn't it require fingerprint background check? Does she mail that to the states when she gets it in Korea?
