They gave her passport. I am pretty sure we will be in a long wait. I really love my fiancee. I talked to an attorney. He advised us to wait or do a wihdrawal of the k1 and marry her and file for a cr1. No matter what we are going to get married so we decided to get married and move on with the cr1 application. Thanks

From what people told me this kind of blue slip on the second interview in vietnam is pretty much a soft refusal. They will just hold it there for a few months then send it back to nvc. Pretty much a waste of time for everyone. Thanks

In the first interview i wasn't there. The rejection in the first interview they wanted bunch of things like family tree, ex spouses info, current address and email, timeline, etc. We brought all the evidence back on the second interview. I was there for the second interview. We gave them all the evidence. They interview both of us separately.  After about 2 hours of waiting they gave us the second blue slip. There were about 4 other people who were there for k1 interview like us. They all got the second blue slip like us. Thanks

No idea. On the blue slip 221g it doesn't say anything. It just stated it will get in touch with us. We are confused. It wasnt really a flatout denial. It was more like a soft denial. Thanks 

My fiancee and I got a second blue slip in our second interview. Basically we got 2 blue slips all together. We were pretty bummed out. i never felt so sad in my entire life. Our love for each other is genuine and real. Now we want to go the route of cr1. I want to marry her. What should i do now? Send in a withdrawal of the k1 visa? On the blue slip it wasn't a deny. It basically stated they will get in touch with us. Thank you for the help. My fiancee went through almost 8 months with the k1 already. Now if we have to go through witj the cr1 i dont mind. I just need some guidance.  Thanks!!
