  1. Hey guys, is anyone willing to share how they expedited their case at USCIS stage because of mental health or any other reason? I already looked on their website, but it would help to see people's experiences with this. I was recently diagnosed with depression and panick attacks, I got at the point where I had to drop out of school and move with my family because of it. Being apart from my husband is making it even worse and, as of now, he is he only one working and supporting me financially.  I have the diagnosis from my doctor and proof that I go to therapy. I wonder if this will hurt at the latter stages, during the medical exam and the interview.

I will also try call USCIS and request an expedite, but I would like to see what you guys think first or if anyone successfully expedited this way.

  2. Hei guys! To give you a little background: i ( from Romania) have been in the US twice on a j1 visa in 2018 and 2019. I met my husband in 2018 and in September 2019 we got married in the US. We are currently long distance because I have 1 year left of university and would like to finish it and then move to the US to be with him, so I would like to surprise him and visit for a week. Do you guys think I have any chance of getting the visitor visa? I am currently in my 3rd year of school with another one to go, never overstayed my previous visas, have a lease for my apartment till the summer too. We plan to apply for cr1 sometime in the summer or fall this year and i am concerned that if my visitor visa gets denied that would be bad for our marriage based visa. I am not sure if this proves enough ties so should i shoot my shot?
