Hi fellow netizens!
My fiancee is scheduled to be in the States the first week of May. Her fiancee visa expires in beginning of June.
I just found out today that most county clerk (in Texas) are closed due to COVID 19, which mean we can't get marriage license.
We will have 90 days after her entry, to get married.
I'm in need of suggestions / advises / input. I'd appreciate it!
Please also let me know if any of you have experienced this.
Thanks!
You should call to the county near you and they will email you the application to fill it online and show you what to do.

Just curious, what are the people who have recently gotten their k1 visas doing that haven’t immigrated to America yet, but aren’t from a level 3 country? Are you coming now? Waiting till things calm down? We weren’t planning on him moving until May (We have our reasons). We don’t know if it’s smart for him to fly now (from Australia) or stick to our original May plan. I would think things would be under control by then, but would hate for Australia to become level 3 country as they are getting more covid19 cases. Both independent contractors. I’m now not working and he is about to lose his job as well. Really at a loss of what to do. Would love to hear what other people with the same immigration timeline as us are doing.
I'm going to America on March 25. I'm worrying about this too hopefully they will not shutdown the borders and airports there. Cause now many airlines was canceled the trip to America! I'm so confused.

I'm in Minnesota and we just filled out the application and sent that to them last week and they're sending us a marriage license.
