Hi everyone

I just got my green card on 04/08/2021 from k1 visa me and my husband just got married less than one year so the officer told me that I will get 2 years green card but the card I got was expires on year 2031 and my category was on k1 it was lots of mistake on my card so i need to get a new one but my question is that possible to get ssn with mistake green card or should i wait until the new one come?

Hi everyone

today called planned parenthood in Portland, Oregon about to get birth control service and they said all free of charge. I'm curious is that mean I'm going to get a service public benefits or not because I don't want this service effect to my green card approval.

The CO at the interview does not approve you.   They can recommend you for approval.  Your file is reviewed again after the interview and can't proceed until all of the background checks have been completed.   You might be asked for additional paperwork or a DS-5355.

 

In ceac has it changed from immigrant to non-immigrant?   Is it showing approved, refused, or administrative processing?  

 

How do you know all others received passports with VISAs that day?   You have all of their case numbers?

after interviewed the consular officer told me that my case was approved but when I checked in ceac it didn't update anything since my case ready for interview. I met other applicants at the embassy and we add each other whatsapp.

that's help me a lot. Did you used them for three years back as they required and no tax transcript at all?

They don't deny for missing documents.  They issue a 221g and wait until you submit what they want.

Yes, I think I must get a 221g for sure but I hope that the embassy won't denied my case.

actually he filed on November but until now I checked on IRS website but the tax transcript still not appear on there and he keep asking from his accountant she still not answer anything

Hi everyone, I have some question about my fiance's tax. He hired someone to file tax for him for 2018 in November 2019 but still now he didn't get tax transcript yet and I checked on IRS website for him there is only wage and income trancript and account transcript that available. the question is can I use only wage and income transcript on the interview instead of tax transcript?
