Can those who have filed a writ of mandamus lawsuit please tell me how the process went for you? I would like to know how long things took after everyone was served. When did your case status change, what did it say? What did they ask you to submit. I would like to know personal experiences only please. Please don't respond if you have never filed. I don't want general information. Thank you!

You could have gotten on a repatriation  flight for Americans all this time. They were allowing spouses on there.

No it doesn't. Refused can go to issued. It happens.

That's not true. After the ban occurred there were some waivers granted and there were visas issued.

My husband went for his visa interview and was placed on AP. Later the status changed to refused. He followed the instructions the CO provided at the end of the interview and was required to submit additional documents. He has submitted them and the date that the case was last touched was updated...however the status still says refused. Does anyone have experience with being contacted to submit your passport for a visa after refusal? They never collected my husband's passport so how will they contact him for it? Will he be contacted thru email, telephone call, a ceac message? What should we expect? Thank you.

I'm asking if anyone has been approved for expedite in Lagos Nigeria. That's all I care to know about.

I have requested an expedite for my husband at the NVC stage for legitimate reasons but was denied twice. I noticed on Facebook a lot of expedite requests at the NVC stage are denied for Lagos  Nigeria. HAS ANYONE out there had their expedite request approved at the NVC stage for Lagos Nigeria? Thanks for your time.
