  1. this sure is starting to get really frustraing.... :) ha... anyway once one problem question arises two more follow right after... ha... my fiance just recently graduated from college... shes 26 now.. and has only been working for a gym as a fitness consultant for 4 months. before that as a freelance facilitator for a couple companies for a year.. that leaves almost 4 yrs for unemployment...

will it be better to state IN COLLEGE next to unemployed for those years or not ?

to me if they are looking at her last 5 yrs of employment and just see one yr im not sure that will be a hinderance or not.

    any ideas or help ?

  2. i'm sure this question has been asked many times, and i did go back at least 10 pages to see if i could find a topic on it, but i am wondering since all my photos are digital and we need to send in between 2-5 photos, is it ok to just print one or two photos on one regular sheet of paper (not glossy) and just describe the photo on the back side ? and a second question.. should one of the photos include a pic of both us with her mother and father and or family members (which i have a few)

not sure if that will help or if it even matters...

  3. hope this isnt a stupid question. but i have been looking for this answer and have had no luck yet, maybe i just havent looked in the right forum...

anyway, my question is this : lets say my fiancee's K1 visa is approved. she comes to the US and we get married within the 90 days, now does the 90 days just mean we have to get married in that timetable, or does it mean thats all the time she has to stay in the US regardless if we get married or not.

because if we do get married, and then file for the AOS and that may take months, can she stay now that we are married or leave back to her country right when the 90 days are up...

thanks for all your help here, damn what a great site ....

  4. hi everyone. this is my first post since i just signed up but am already having way too many questions.. ha

the most important one i have at the moment is this : my fiancee lives in indonesia. she took her passport photos yesterday... on the us gov site it states that the photos should be 2" x 2" of course indo doesnt use inches but cent meters... so her photos came out 4 x 6 cm

now the 2" x 2" comes out to 5.1 x 5.1 cm and im wondering if this will cause a problem if i send in the 4 x6 cm photos

i know, maybe she should just go back and redo them... maybe thats what we will have to do. but has anyone had this problem and any advice (other than doing it correctly) :)

maybe its such a small difference it wont matter... but maybe it will

    thanks
