    Hello,

     

    I just got the RFE on I-864 of joint sponsor.

    I have question if I need to get i-864a since my sponsor(Dad- in law) filed his tax return jointly with his wife. His individual income is enough to sponsor me, but does he need I-864a since his tax return shows his wife’s income too?

     

    Also, Income of my husband, who is Us citizen, is enough to sponsor me, but he has this job just for 4 months. But RFE said we need the paystubs for previous 6 months. Is is enough we just send paystubs for 4months? We thought that is not enough that’s why we have joint sponsor.

    Hello,

     

    I am having EAD with F-1 OPT now and it will be expired on 02/2020. I just got married to my husband who is US citizen. So we are trying to apply the green card with I-765 asap.

     

    Just wondering If i can work between the gap from my current ead expired to getting new one from I-765 with I-485.


    also, do I need to I-693 when I send all of the documents to USCIS? Or can wait till the interview day?
