  1. Hey guys....if any of you are using google chrome, just get an add-on called PAGE MONITOR, very easy to use. I was helping my friend to get an interview date and after 3 days of staying up late last week, I got one for her for June 20th interview. I swear, PAGE MONITOR in google chrome is much easier to use. I tried the c4c for firefox also but I did not understand on how to use it.

  2. hello guys... my friend had an interview on June 20th. She haven't receive any letter from NVC or USEM yet or the thing they called packet. Is it okay? We already have MNL#, we paid the visa of $240 and we are sending the docs or affidavit of support to her soon.

IF we can't make it to the interview, how many days we are given to cancel the appointment?

  3. Yesterday I got an appointment on june26, around 2200 Phoenix time. I use c4c with a refreshing window every 4 second on the dashboard using custom menu of c4c. .. installed Firefox just to use c4c cause the add-on from chrome didn't really work and same the one for internet explorer, I tried them on another website, just to see how the add on works. My laptop was on all night long every night for the last 4 nights..get me up couple times but that dates didn't feat me). Soon is a change on website the music start and you can book it if you like the date. With this system the booking process is 10 seconds from the time a new date is available. Just push continue, the calendar poop off, push on the date you want it and click schedule. God bless!

what is c4c and how do you use it?

  4. Yes, you can go ahead and pay the visa fee. Hank's site has a good read on this step: http://visaconnection-philippines.com/#

Not sure if a 1040A would be sufficient. The USEM always asks for the 1040. And don't forget the W-2, wage statements.

what is the difference of 1040 and 1040A? do we have to sumbit the last 3 yrs of 1040 or just the very recent one?

thank you always for replying sweetcakes.

  5. Just 3 weeks after we filed the I-129F we got the approval notice stating that they will forward the documents to NVC. What we will do next? And 2 days ago, we received another letter from them, telling us to have the beneficiary fill-up the DS 160.

Now, with regards of I-134, i know we needed paystubs, letter of employment and tax return, can the petitioner just used the copy of ITR he had and not the transcript that came from IRS?

  6. My friend's husband also lost his paper. What they did was they went back to the court and asked for it, the court sent it by mail and arrived in three weeks.

Your friend needs to submit a police report too regarding his case.

thank you so much for the info...really appreciated it. btw, were there any problems though during the interview with regards of the USC's case?

  7. Don't lie on the form because they actually know about his case. So be honest. And submit the paper he received from the court regarding that case.

    And you're welcome :)

he said he lose the paper he received from court, where can we get a copy of it?

Does he need to include an explanation with regards of his case?

  8. She said that they submit document from the court that related to her husband's case.

during the interview, embassy asked that document.

question 2 and 3 they answered with "yes"

    Thank you for your reply.

If ever we put "no" as the answer in Part 3 q's 2-3, do you think we will get in trouble for that when the USCIS find out that he had misdemeanor when they do the background check?

  9. Hello everyone on visajourney. I have mentioned this before that I am helping out a friend to process their k1 visa. We will submit their I-129F next week but all of a sudden the USC told me that he has a harrasment charged by his ex girlfriend few years ago. He was told by the court to stay out of trouble for a year which he did. Now my question is, in I-129F part 3 questions 2-3, should we put 'NO" or yes? and what are the documents we need to pass with regards of his misdemeanor? I am hoping you guys can help me out with this. Thank you!

  10. hello all..i am helping out a friend to process their k1 visa. my question is, we are going to send the I-129f packet soon to dallas lockbox but i do want to know if I needed to include the i-134/affidavit of support in it? If affidavit of support don't need to be send with I-129f, when are we going to send it? Second, does the beneficiary need to send the birth certificate and copy of passport too in I-129f packet? hoping for an answer from you guys. thanks!

  11. The attachment is the RFE that I received....

    My questions are:

    - Do I need to submit again the whole I-864 package?

    - What exactly they wanted me to submit?

    - Did they only need the proof for current income which is the "employement letter & paystubs?"

Please do reply my questions....I want to submit the things that I need to sumbit as soon as possible...Thanks you in advance :)

  12. Hello everyone good day...just have a few questions..

When I entered here in the US we used my inlaws address coz my husband and I stayed there for a while and it was the address we used also for my k-3 processing.

Now we moved to another state and I did not know that within 10 days of moving we need to file this change of address? I have sent my AOS application already using my new address without updating my address yet in USCIS..my question is:

    - do you think for not updating my address in USCIS will create a problem to my AOS application?

    - if we will update our address who will file for it? me or my husband?

    - Do i need to call USCIS? what number am going to dial?

Sorry guys had lots of questions here..i just don't have an idea regarding this matter..hope ur willing to share ur ideas.

  13. Hi everyone...i have a question..

We ordered a transcript of the ITR and then the IRS sent us a letter saying that they don't have a file for my husband's ITR..and also said that my hubby's transcript will be available next year (2008)...but we need to pass our AOS package this week..

My question is: is it okey to pass my hubby's ITR copy online (will print it) coz he filed his 1040 online and also pass that letter that we received from the IRS?...

    please answer my question guys...

    djrose714,

If (for whatever reason) you do not have IRS transcripts - you can use copies of previous year's returns, but will need all the supporting documents - W-2's, 1099's etc - the 1040 will obviously be a copy and most people retain original copies of W-2s etc.

thank you so much for the quick reply...
