I had attacked and beaten by a gun through my head and eyes, I could die...and i have facial contusions in my face. Medical reports: facial contusions in the face and a lot of anxiety and stress from the trauma.

My name is *** I ve been in USA in Pittsburgh, PA for 3 weeks by b1/b2 visa , two days ago I had been attacked and rubbed by 3 men ,they got my car key cash pocket, hit me several times by a gun . I called Police and they got the records and the hospital medical reports .May I apply for U visa (as a victim crime person)Thanks kind regards

Hello guys! Defective called several times and some organizations wanna talk to me ... I don't know how they got my number, I'm really afraid going outside , in hospital I was told to have rest to rid of anxiety and panic attacks after trauma.. and also I am waiting for my credit card that's been stolen.
I don't wanna anyone be in this situation even my enemies Cuz it's very hard. The U visa it's just a discussion of people's situation. It may happen to anyone. Believe me I really wanna go back to home. I never thought I would cry so much to this helplessness...
