Hi. I recently had my B1/B2 tourist visa cancelled because i overstayed one of my visits by 2 weeks (September 2017 to early April 2018) I traveled again with no issue this year (august 2019 - October 2019). I was to travel on December 11th but my visa was canceled a few hrs to my flight. I was wondering if it’s going to be a problem while processing the K1 visa (since its a non immigrant visa) and if me and my fiancé should just get married then apply for the CR1 visa. Thank you.
