Does anyone have any idea how long it would take for Delbros to deliver from Manila to province of Mindanao? She recieved a text message this past Friday, and we are wondering when she will get it, we are both excited

Ok, just want to let u know what happened in my case. After i paid Delbros at Metrobank, i received 2 texts from Delbros acknowledging my payment. A day after that, i called Delbros and said they will inform USEM right away. Several days after, I called Delbros again saying tho they have informed USEM, USEM hasnt beeng giving the request for document verification tho i paid Delbros fee a month in advance. Now, after i got the pink slip and wanter to verify why no verification has been done, i was informed by one of the USEM staff that they dont do verification unless after the interview! So there u go! That's from the horse's mouth. They dont do verification process unless after the interview of the applicant. So in essence, i dont know the reason for paying Delbros the P650 in advance if they will not process it anyway.

Just sharing with you what actually happened on the day of my interview. As a matter of fact that lady was shocked to ask me where on earth did i get the idea that I should pay delbros in advance so there would be a document verification in advance of the interview. Its a shock to them.. and all the more Im shocked coz that is now how their process works.

My fiancee had her interview on April 2nd, and everything went very smooth. She paid her doc. verification at a different window to Delbros. The CO told her to pay there inside of the USEM.

My filipina fiancee K1 visa was approved April 2nd, and she lives in Dipolog City,what would be a good guess for her getting her Visa delivered to her?

I will have my medical soon and I dont have any idea where to stay. Id' like it somewhere walking distance to St. Lukes Clinic, safe and clean with a reasonable price. Any recommendation?

Dont lose that interview date. This is what she have been waiting for, it should be the priority on top of other appointments. Goodluck!!!

She doesnt have her passport yet, much delay with her name change status, those people in the philippine governement work very slowly:(

My fiancee has a schedule for US Embassy (Manila) for first part of March, do they allow delay(change date) of interview to another date, and if so, what is the max of days a person can change the date? Any help would appreciate

i think they do a FBI name check, they route the petition to the appropriate embassy all over the world and they give the embassy case number and schedule the interview.

Im wondering, how can I find the status of my approved K1 petition. Was sent Dec 13th from USCIS and its going on 4 weeks. Is there a web site I can check my status on the NVC site?

I have not heard anything from USGC with my K1 petition.(Im a Aug. fileir) Nebraska. Anyone give me a clue when I might hear something, its been 4 months, and no touches or anything. If anyone can give me insight or clues, would be appreciated:)

Should I use one ACCO fastener for each section of the I-129F package or just one fastener for the entire package with dividers separating each section?

I actually used 2 fasteners, for both sides, the right side, i submitted the official documents, and the left was the less important documents, like photos of us, boarding passes, copies of phone bill, which I know doesnt need to be submitted, but this paperwork will also be forwarded to the American Embassy, abroad

I promise this is a the last question. How do I attach photo bags to the package?

Is there any one that has sent in their K1 visa petition at the end of July, and recieved any thing, NOA1 or check cashed? I sent mine to the Nebraska Center, which I know they will forward to California. I sent mine via express postal service on July 27, and NO action of any(check cashed/NOA1)

I dont believe this non sense also. This past winter, I was chowing down on mixed nuts, and one day i noticed(felt fat) and i actually gained 7 pounds, and i never did anything different but eat alot of snacking of nuts, those are my weakness

Expect a couple of weeks, with the large influx of cases being filed before the fees were increased July 30.

You did use a trackable method like priority mail certified? This will at least tell you they received the petition.

If I sent my K1 petition to the Neb. USCIS the regular method, with certify method. Post marked before the 30th of July will I be subject to the 170 fee? Even though it might not be there until 31st July?
