Am I missing something, but for California residents isn't the California service center supposed to process the application?
If it is why is it missing the processing time for "U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21" as stated in: https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/675560-does-california-processing-center-not-process-uscs-spousal-i-130-petition/?
As of this post it only has:
Permanent resident filing for a spouse or child under 21
U.S. citizen filing for an unmarried son or daughter over 21
Permanent resident filing for an unmarried son or daughter over 21
U.S. citizen filing for a married son or daughter over 21
U.S. citizen filing for a brother or sister
I found some other posts by Californians applying for parents (I130) all going to the Texas Service Center? Is there definitive proof of this redirect (from California service center to Texas service center)?
