Hi all, so my Journey began Nov 2018 when I met my now Husband. We had exchanged numbers and kept in contact every single day. My next trip tere was about 6 weeks later as we couldn't wait to re-unite and we did so for New Years in Santiago de Cuba and that was the icing on the cake. We both knew this was it. Later January 2019 we were engaged. Married in April 2019. And visa was filed once I got all our documents organized. Praying that the US Embassy in Cuba opens, hoping that this will start to move the interview process along. I'm not nearly close to that step as of today but I remain hopeful. I currently go to Cuba every single month to spend time with my amazing husband. It hasn't been easy emotionally or financially but I couldn't think of spending the rest of my life with anyone else
