So just a quick question but does it matter when that time my gf visited the us for the passport copy or? Because I'm going to send the paperwork in when shes back in Japan.

Yea I'm still going to ask questions regardless, its forum for a reason to ask questions and get everyone's opinion and experience and I didnt see that on the uscus website when I looked at the k1 visa filing instructions

By anychance did you go through and file a k1 visa? Ik trying to get a simplified explan6of what's needed etc

Hmm yea I didnt know that. Because we started doing the paperwork for the first step fir the k1 visa and the uscis site didnt mention that form so I was confused

So for the first half do we have to send in a copy of her passport I-94 or it might be I 194 my fiance just wants to know because she was talking to someone who asked the lawyer and was told she didnt have to so help would be nice

And what would the process be if we are approved or  before the interview

So in the form it talks about the interpreter address etc but is one needed? Because there is no box to check saying no interpreter so I'm confused if we need one or not 

What the title says just curious if I have to print it out or if I can do it online,  

So kinda confused when doing the fiance letter of intent it asks for the name and address of where the embassy is located now would I put the Japanese embassy address since my fiance loves in japan and I'm doing the process to get her over here or would I put the embassy address thats in my state?

Ah ok I gotcha and I'm just curious what the government thinks is a good salary so they dont decline the application 

So it's probably asked a lot but would it be better to do the k1 process with a lawyer or just do it by yourself? And I've heard rumors that if you dont make a certain amount of money that they will decline it, help would. Be very much appreciated  and anything else you can tell me would be amazin as I'm trying to bring my fiance over from japan
